More than 100 devices in one store? The plan extends in blocks of 10 devices, at 64 € per month per block, up to 200 devices. Beyond that, an extra store takes its own license.
One license, one store
The number of devices is the number counting in that store. A second store takes its own license, chosen for the size of its team: a warehouse counting with thirty and a shop counting with two do not take the same one.

The questions we get asked
What is a “counting device”?
A phone or tablet that scans, at the same time as the others, during an inventory. We measure the peak reached, not the number of phones you own: switching devices changes nothing on your bill.
What happens if we go over on inventory day?
The extra device cannot start counting: it waits for a colleague to finish, and its screen unlocks on its own as soon as a seat frees up. Nobody is ever interrupted mid-count — a device that is counting keeps its seat to the end. If it keeps happening, the administrator upgrades the plan from the website: it is immediate, and the store benefits within the minute.
Does one license cover several stores?
No. Each store takes its own license, chosen for the size of its team: a warehouse counting with thirty and a shop counting with two do not take the same one. You add them one by one from your space, and each is created as soon as it is paid — no quote, no waiting.
Do we have to declare our stock?
No. There is nothing to declare, nothing to justify, and nothing to settle at year end. That is exactly what this way of billing removes.
Can I cancel?
Monthly, yes, whenever you want: you stop, the current month runs to its end and nothing is charged afterwards. Yearly, the license runs twelve months — you can end it, but the year remains due and you keep full access until the end. That is the trade-off for the lower price.
Monthly or yearly, what changes?
The service is the same. Monthly payment spreads the cost over twelve charges; yearly payment is settled in one go and costs less — 90 to 900 € depending on the plan.
